We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to join our growing team in Luzon. This role is crucial in aligning HR strategies with business goals and serving as a trusted advisor to management across departments. Key Responsibilities:-Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
-Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives. -Act as a consultant to leaders on performance, engagement, and succession planning. -Collaborate with HR operations and recruitment teams to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
-Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations. -Ensure alignment of HR practices with local labor laws and company values. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in both HR Business Partnering and HR Management. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional leaders. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
