Role Overview

This is a strategic leadership opportunity to oversee all HR functions, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of compensation and benefits initiatives
  • Ensure full adherence to local labor laws and regulations
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  • Drive organizational development efforts through strategic initiatives
  • Support leaders and teams through change, communication, and team-building
  • Maintain and improve the use of HR tools and systems
  • Implement processes with clarity, structure, and empathy
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in an HR leadership role
  • A Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Strong working knowledge of local labor laws
  • Proven success in managing compensation and benefits programs
  • Skilled in communication, leadership, and change management
  • Experience with HR platforms and tools
  • Solid understanding of Organizational Development principles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in non-profit or social development organizations
