Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to spearhead our HR function. This role demands strategic vision, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to foster a healthy employee-employer relationship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging industry benchmarks to attract top talent.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
    • Build comprehensive talent pipelines for key positions and future hiring needs, utilizing predictive analytics to inform strategic decisions.
    • Partner with department heads to forecast manpower requirements, driving informed business decisions.
    • Execute targeted recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance employer branding and drive candidate engagement.
    • Improve applicant tracking systems and recruitment KPIs, optimizing the candidate experience.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws in employment practices, maintaining a robust risk management framework.
    • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, promoting a positive company culture.
    • Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
      • Foster a healthy employee-employer relationship through proactive engagement, facilitating open communication channels.
      • Serve as the primary contact for conflict resolution and grievance handling, providing timely support and resources.
      • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, upholding a strong commitment to ethics and integrity.
      • Represent the organization in labor-related hearings and negotiations, protecting the interests of employees and the company.
      • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for retention improvement, informing strategic workforce planning decisions.
      • Learning & Development
        • Identify training needs through performance reviews and department requests, prioritizing skill development and leadership training.
        • Design and implement training plans for onboarding, skills development, and leadership training, driving employee growth and engagement.
        • Manage external training providers and monitor training effectiveness, optimizing ROI and business outcomes.
        • Support internal knowledge-sharing programs and coaching initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
        • Performance Management & Organizational Development
          • Implement and maintain the company's performance appraisal system, ensuring fair and transparent evaluation processes.
          • Guide managers in setting SMART KPIs and developmental feedback, driving performance excellence and employee development.
          • Assist in organizational structure reviews and change management initiatives, navigating complex business transformations.
          • Drive employee engagement and culture-building programs, promoting a positive work environment and high levels of job satisfaction.
          • Compensation & Benefits Administration
            • Coordinate with payroll team and ensure accurate employee compensation, upholding a high level of fiscal responsibility.
            • Manage benefits programs including government-mandated and company-initiated plans, balancing employee needs with business constraints.
            • Benchmark salaries and benefits to stay competitive in the market, ensuring attractive total rewards packages.
            • Handle HMO, insurance, and other vendor negotiations and administration, securing optimal pricing and service delivery.
          Qualifications
          • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, with a focus on Human Resources.
          • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a senior leadership capacity.
          • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
          • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees, driving high levels of job satisfaction and performance excellence.
          • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex business environments.
          • Attention to detail and good judgment, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
