Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business strategy by strengthening talent capabilities, expanding the talent pool, and building a solid succession pipeline.
  • Ensure optimal staffing within functional groups while integrating and retaining high-potential talent.
  • Collaborate with Operations to develop a competency model that guides hiring, development, performance management, and rewards.
  • Design and implement skills-building initiatives to address capability gaps and meet strategic goals.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture by aligning metrics, conducting regular reviews, and managing underperformance.
  • Lead organizational change through effective strategies, readiness assessments, and training programs.
  • Build relationships with leaders, clients, and employees, serving as a strategic HR advisor.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to align HR strategies across global, regional, and local levels, ensuring service delivery that supports business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in business process analysis, data analytics, organizational development, change management, and/or process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of the ADDIE framework, organizational design, and HRIS systems.
  • Proven track record in delivering organizational development initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Power BI and Power Apps.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • End-to-end experience in the human capital lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
  • Familiarity with comprehensive HR processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php120, Php160,000.00 per month
