Job Opportunity: Strategic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and tech-savvy individual to provide strategic support to our executive team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in executive support, excels in a fast-paced environment, and leverages advanced technical skills to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.

This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities to anticipate and address the needs of the executives. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing documents, and overseeing project timelines.

The successful candidate will possess demonstrated expertise in managing complex schedules and high-level projects, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be fully fluent in English, skilled in the use of apps and technology, and able to commit long-term and full-time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a track record of supporting C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex schedules and high-level projects.
  • High proficiency with office productivity software, communication tools, and scheduling platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
