Summary
- Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to provide exceptional support to executives and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- At least 2 years of experience providing administrative support is necessary.
- Experience managing household operations, including handling household staff, maintenance scheduling, and managing household expenses is preferred.
- Experience processing and managing financial transactions, such as paying bills, handling contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth), and budget management is beneficial.
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation arrangements, including booking transportation services, managing vehicle maintenance, and overseeing property upkeep is desirable.
- A valid Professional Driver's License is required.
