Job Description- Triage, investigate, and resolve issues submitted through Helpdesk with cross-functional teams.
- Perform participant audits in Callidus to verify Participant Data matches Workday accurately.
- Participate in UAT throughout the year to ensure systems are configured according to Sales Credit rules.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years college completed, with no back subjects or equivalent to 72 units.
- At least 2 years work experience in sales compensation, either as a team member or individual contributor.
- Up to 2 years experience in Sales compensation administration, particularly with hands-on experience on comp tools (Anaplan, Callidus/SAP, OIC, Xactly, Salesforce).
- Experience creating SQL scripts to extract quantitative data.
- Experience with CRM tools and case management.
- Must have experience in Payroll helpdesk or Comp & Benefits department or Finance & Accounting, HR Shared Services with Comp & Benefit background from a Captive unit for instance.
