  • Perform participant audits to ensure accurate data matching between Callidus and Workday.">
  • Participate in UATs to ensure systems are configured according to Sales Credit rules.">
  • Audit attainment and payout calculations to ensure compliance with Sales Crediting Rules and General Terms and Conditions.">
  • Provide technical support for internal workflow applications and sales tools, including Salesforce and PLX.">
  • Troubleshoot and respond to support requests in a timely manner.">
  • Calculate quarterly attainment and submit it to payroll.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.">
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Sales compensation administration.">
  • Experience with CRM tools and case management.">
  • Must have experience in Payroll helpdesk or Comp & Benefits department or Finance & Accounting, HR Shared Services with Comp & Benefit background from a Captive unit.">
  • Ability to work in 24/7 shifts and on-call rotation.">
  • Willingness to work onsite (Giga Tower, Quezon City).">
