Job Opportunity

This is a technical support representative role that involves providing assistance to clients via phone, chat, or email. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and prior call center experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound technical support requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Work from home experience.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.

Other Information

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. May occasionally move about the office to accomplish tasks; may lift up to forty (40) pounds.
