We offer a unique opportunity to work with our team as a Loan Officer Assistant. This role is vital in ensuring compliance, meeting deadlines, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, verify, and organize borrower documentation for loan applications.
  • Prepare and review loan applications for completeness before submission.
  • Input and maintain accurate data in the loan origination system and CRM.
  • Coordinate with appraisers, title companies, and insurance providers to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Track loan file progress and ensure compliance requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining client records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in mortgage brokerage or financial services (loan processing or origination support is a plus).
  • Familiarity with loan origination systems (Encompass, Calyx, or similar) is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple files, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
