Job Overview

Mortgage loan processors play a crucial role in supporting brokers to achieve settlement targets by efficiently managing data entry and preparing compliance documentation for proposed loans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lodging new applications with lenders and following through to approval & settlement.
  • Communication with clients, keeping them updated with progress.
  • Organising valuations with lenders.
  • Booking and organising settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders.
  • Ensuring all settled files are compliant.
  • Managing application tracker within CRM.
  • Tracking commission payments.
  • Diary and email management.
  • Supporting broker to achieve settlement targets.
  • Preparing Compliance Documentation for proposed loans.
Requirements:
  • A stable internet connection with at least 50MBPS or more.
  • Personal computer.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

  • At least two years of experience in Australian loan processing required.
  • Proficiency in Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English essential for client interaction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, loan processing software, and potentially banking computer software necessary.
  • Meticulousness in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy essential.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service vital.
