Investment Property Loan Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Property Loan Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for borrowers, you will process investment property loans from application through closing.


  • Manage loan files from signed term sheet to closing, coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third-party vendors.
  • Review and analyze documentation including property valuations, rent rolls, renovation budgets, entity formation documents, and financial statements.
  • Proactively identify potential issues early in the process and develop solutions before they impact loan timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process investment property loans from application through closing.
  • Review and analyze documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience in loan processing, preferably in investment property, private money, bridge, DSCR, or ground-up construction.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment terminology, loan structures, title commitments, and entity structures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
