Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Data Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data in our HR systems.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in HRIS support, employee data management, or HR operations, with a strong understanding of Workday or similar HRIS platforms. You will also possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As an HRIS Data Specialist, you will work closely with our HR Operations team to resolve data-related issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications
