Job Description

At BW Water, we are searching for a highly motivated HRIS & Process Optimization Specialist based in Makati, Philippines, to join our HR team on a temporary contract basis until December 31, 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization of our HR processes and the ongoing development of our Global HRIS (Bob) platform.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HRIS specialist or administrator, with a focus on cloud-based HRIS platforms.
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring HRIS modules (e.g., performance management, compensation, talent acquisition).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and report development.
  • Prior experience in an HR Operations / HR Service function desired.
  • Experience in an international setting working for a multinational organization.
  • Expertise with the Bob HRIS platform (Hibob) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Project management skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Readiness to support colleagues across different time zones.

Job Responsibilities

HRIS Administration & Development:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Bob HRIS platform, managing user access, security protocols, and system configurations.
  • Lead the implementation of new Bob modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data migration.
  • Identify opportunities to further develop and enhance existing Bob modules to meet evolving business needs and improve HR efficiency.
  • Drive the digitization of HR processes within Bob, including but not limited to performance management, compensation planning, onboarding, and employee self-service.

Process Documentation & Collaboration:

  • Own and maintain global HR process documentation, including reviewing existing documented processes (including ISO processes) and adapting them to the new digital setup.
  • Collaborate with country and regional HR teams to ensure process alignment and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for HRIS processes, procedures, and workflows.

Training & Support:

  • Develop and deliver Bob training programs for managers, employees, and HR teams, equipping them with the skills to fully utilize the platform.
  • Create and maintain Bob training materials, including help articles, guides, and communication campaigns.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on the use of the Bob HRIS platform.

Data Management & Compliance:

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Run regular compliance audits within Bob to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics and provide insights to HR leadership.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues, escalating to the vendor as needed.
  • Stay current with HRIS trends and best practices, making recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.
