Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to fill a key role in our organization.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of recruitment experience, strong interviewing skills, and excellent English communication skills.
- Review applications, assess qualifications, and conduct video interviews to identify top talent.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand roles and identify suitable candidates.
- Document assessments clearly and thoroughly in our ATS system.
- Proactively source passive candidates via professional networks and tools.
- Build pipelines for U.S.-based roles, including IT Sales and niche positions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting high-quality talent, working closely with our team to ensure smooth transitions and maintaining open communication throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:- Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
