Key Job Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Service Recruiter, you will be responsible for expanding our mental health service provider network in Asia. This includes recruiting and matching qualified professionals, maintaining accurate applicant information in databases, responding to inquiries, reviewing applications, ensuring confidentiality, and managing caseloads effectively.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the expansion of our mental health service provider network in China markets (China, Hong Kong, Macau, etc)
  • Recruiting and onboarding mental health professionals to offer ad hoc psychological support to clients
  • Assessing clients' needs and matching them with appropriate providers using proprietary databases
  • Maintaining accurate applicant information in ATS and Provider databases
  • Responding promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times
  • Distributing provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment
  • Reviewing provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness
  • Upholding strict confidentiality of clients' information
  • Effectively communicating provider information to hiring managers
  • Proactively managing caseloads to ensure efficient service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with fluency in both English and Mandarin. They should also have experience working in a remote setup and have experience with database management of candidates.

Other requirements include:

  • Experience with recruiting in the Asian job market
  • Knowledge of database management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
