Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Management: Provide top-notch service to candidates, responding promptly to inquiries and keeping them informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Schedule Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews, ensuring that calendars are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track recruiting activities, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a recruitment or human resources role.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interview Conducting: Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone) in a professional and confident manner.
  • Technical Requirements: Strong and stable internet connection to facilitate disruption-free video and audio calls, as well as a quiet environment with a professional background.
