Customer Support Representative

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will work closely with internal teams to handle customer needs and provide support across multiple channels (SMS, email, chat, phone). You will troubleshoot product or service-related issues, perform problem tracking, and ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and proactively offer solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot product or service-related issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Perform problem tracking, ensuring that issues are properly documented, tracked, and resolved.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, suggesting changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Proactively offer solutions to customers, identifying their needs and offering thoughtful recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of member or customer support experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or concierge environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Able to understand and communicate complex topics to customers, both verbally and in written form.
  • Intermediate understanding of common Customer Experience best practices.
