Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
