
Real Estate Technology Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing front-line technical support to clients in the real estate technology and brokerage sectors.
This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven position that requires strong customer-facing skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot technical issues and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot issues using step-by-step SOPs and process guides.
- Manage support tickets and ensure SLA and CSAT targets are consistently met.
- Collaborate with leadership for coaching, feedback, and training reviews.
- Adapt between support channels as needed.
- Ensure situational awareness when managing client expectations.
Requirements:
- Strong internet connection (200+ MBPS).
- Previous experience in technical support or customer success.
- Experience handling live chat, phone, and email support.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and SLA goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with structured processes.
