Key Account Specialist

As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a pipeline of prospects identified from various lead sources. This involves initiating engagement with leads interested in purchasing properties, assessing their needs and levels of interest, and setting up appointments for real estate agents and brokers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through research and lead generation.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments between clients and real estate professionals.
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or instant messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, contacts, and calls using CRM software.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and observations.
Requirements
  • At least 1-year experience as a Sales Representative or equivalent role.
  • Background in the Real Estate industry preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (at least B2 level).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in current technologies, including cloud services and VoIP.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and online calendars.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging etiquette.
  • Tech-savvy individual.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Able to work non-traditional hours.
