Job Title: Real Estate Support Specialist

- Oversee and maintain client data in the CRM, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Update client information regularly and track client birthdays and house anniversaries.
- Segment client data to send targeted email marketing to the appropriate audience.
- Work closely with team members to support administrative needs and ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Previous experience in real estate support or an administrative role.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on structure and process improvement.
- Confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Self-managed and thrives in a remote work environment.
- Flexible, solutions-focused, and willing to jump in where needed.
- Social media management experience is a plus.
