Remote Customer Support Role

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as a customer support agent. This is a fully remote opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere while making a real impact on our customers' experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone
  • Resolve inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed about product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
