Ambassador of First Impressions

">About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Ambassador of First Impressions to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
  2. Manage patient scheduling, recall notices, appointment setting, and confirmations with precision and attention to detail.
  3. Verify insurance coverage and maintain accurate patient records to ensure efficient practice flow.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish to cater to our diverse patient base.
  5. Leverage Open Dental software for scheduling and record-keeping to streamline processes.
  6. Support daily front office operations to guarantee a smooth and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a dental or medical office setting.
  • Previous experience in Orthodontics is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Open Dental software would be beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities to provide exceptional patient care.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
