Remote Client Relationship Manager

We're seeking a skilled professional to manage client relationships and drive business growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

This role involves building strong connections with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be tech-savvy, and possess a deep understanding of the staffing industry.

Responsibilities include conducting structured discovery calls, presenting services confidently, guiding clients through the hiring process, and maintaining open communication throughout.

Ambitious sales approach and ability to identify upsell opportunities are essential for success in this role.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a client-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and preferences
  • Present services and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Guide clients through the hiring process, from calibration to onboarding
  • Maintain open communication and manage follow-ups
  • Identify upsell opportunities and proactively address client concerns

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presence and calm under pressure
  • University degree in a related field (business, marketing, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy and business-oriented, with a focus on industry knowledge
