Job Description:

The Customer Success Manager is a key hire that enables the founder to focus on marketing strategy and content creation. This role requires a mature, experienced professional who can serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the construction industry.

This dual-role position blends operational leadership with client coaching and relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing coaching on lead follow-up, closing techniques, and general business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management or customer success, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent command of English. They will also have business acumen and the ability to coach entrepreneurs in the construction field.

This role involves liaison between clients and the media buying team, building and improving client systems using Go High Level CRM, and tracking and logging all client interactions for transparency and follow-through.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in operations management or customer success
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent command of English; familiarity with Western business culture
  • Business-savvy with the ability to coach entrepreneurs in the construction field
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a remote, self-managed environment
  • Experience with Go High Level CRM is essential
