This role involves engaging with new clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to drive business expansion. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in shaping customer relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct introductory calls with new clients to establish rapport and answer questions about our services.
  • Build strong connections with clients by confidently handling objections and reinforcing the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Assess client requirements and recommend plans that meet their needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Qualify leads, identify readiness for purchase, and manage follow-up communication workflows as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools to track client interactions and status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback, pain points, and feature requests, driving product enhancements and messaging refinement.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, including proficiency in email correspondence.
  • Proficiency in English language required.
  • Confidence on the phone with ability to handle objections from business customers.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
