We're looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving client satisfaction and adoption of our solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Support seamless onboarding processes, ensuring clients get the most out of our products.
  • Serve as a key liaison between our organization and clients, promptly resolving queries and concerns.
  • Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs, driving business growth.
  • Collect valuable feedback from clients and share insights with internal teams to inform product improvements.
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, including internships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition.
  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a desire to grow in the SaaS industry.
