We are seeking a Relationship Manager – University Partnerships to build and manage strong relationships with universities and colleges across the Philippines. The role will focus on identifying and engaging with Internship/Practicum Coordinators and introducing them to Go Global's internship programs. The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary contact for institutional partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and promoting Go Global's services to help students access global opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish connections with Internship Coordinators, Practicum Coordinators, and other relevant university officials.
  • Present Go Global's internship programs to universities and colleges, highlighting the benefits for their students.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with academic institutions.
  • Organize meetings, presentations, and workshops (online or on-campus) to promote internship opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Go Global team to align university partnership activities with overall business goals.
  • Track partnership progress, provide reports, and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Represent Go Global Internships at university fairs, networking events, and academic conferences when required.

Preferred Candidate Background:

  • Experience working in a university setting as an Internship Coordinator, Practicum Coordinator, or in student placement roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine higher education system and student internship requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage outreach activities across multiple institutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in academic partnerships, internship coordination, student services, or related roles.
  • Willingness to travel within the Philippines when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
