Project Development Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Development Specialist to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in project planning, team management, and stakeholder communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Direct project teams to ensure tasks are completed according to the project plan.
  • Attend meetings to report on project status and address any issues.
  • Implement approved standards, methodology, and systems to all assigned projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Review, validate, and recommend project documents.
Requirements:
  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
  • Preferably with at least 8 years' experience in project development.
  • Professional certifications in project management would be an advantage.
  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills, with the ability to independently create clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
