Job Title: Project-based Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project-based Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and candidate engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates, developing a network of potential candidates and industry professionals, and creating tracking systems for all candidates and internal databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and utilizing efficient recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Developing a network of potential candidates and industry experts
  • Prescreening and paper screening of candidates by reviewing resumes and doing phone interviews
  • Creating comprehensive candidate tracking systems and databases
  • Collaborating with managers and other departments to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential candidates
  • Utilizing various channels, online portals, and social networking sites to source out and connect with potential candidates; manage job boards and job postings
  • Measuring and reporting of sourcing metrics on a real-time basis
Requirements:
  • 1 year of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role is preferred
  • Extensive experience in using different channels, social network sites, online portals, and resume databases to source out potential candidates
  • Hands-on experience in using tools, applications, and systems for talent acquisition
  • Familiarity in creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate search
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a healthcare/medical related field is preferred but not required
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) is preferred but not required
  • Must be willing to work project-based
