Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized individual who can effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Manage client production schedules and ensure all work is completed on time.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to team members to meet quality standards.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Quality Specialists to ensure design quality and brand guidelines are met.
  • Identify Design Time for all requests assigned to the team in collaboration with Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and Production Specialists.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of creative development and production processes.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management platforms.
  • Daily interaction with clients via Slack and Email, with multiple virtual meetings weekly.
  • Business-level English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for high-quality work.
  • Decision-making, negotiation, and forward-thinking abilities.
  • Experience with ticket management tools.
