We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Documentation Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in reviewing design documents and Performance Work Statement (PWS) packages to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality before submission to government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and refine construction project specifications and PWS packages to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations
  • Ensure all specifications comply with relevant federal regulations and project requirements
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to clarify technical details
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or compliance issues and provide actionable recommendations
  • Maintain accuracy, clarity, and completeness in all written specifications
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the construction or architectural industry
  • Prior NAVFAC project experience is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards
  • Familiarity with U.S. Government project documentation requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
