We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This is a full-time role that offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team of marketers who are committed to helping clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of task intakes, ensuring timely completion and smooth project execution.
  • Facilitating effective communication among team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and milestones.
  • Creating comprehensive reports to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing timelines and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Managing client and stakeholder expectations, setting realistic deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Reporting to the Account Manager, staying aligned with client objectives and priorities.
  • Addressing key questions related to the contract, including 'what', 'when', 'who', and 'where'.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative work.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook (Office 365).
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Keyword research.
    • Editorial calendar planning.
    • Content brief preparation for various formats.
    • Blog/article writing with good English grammar.
    • PR experience including press release creation and virtual networking.
    • Project management and coordination skills.
    • Canva design.
    • Email marketing.
    • Ai tools proficiency.
    • Adobe tools proficiency: Photoshop/Firefly, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier.
    • Video editing skills.
    • Social media video marketing.
    • CRM experience.
    • Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads.
  • Specialized Skills:
    • Front-end Web Developer skills.
    • Back-end Web Developer skills.
    • Full-stack Web Developer capabilities.
    • Web design and prototype mockup skills.
    • Automation workflows.
    • Google Business Profile marketing.
    • SEO skills.
