**Technical Role Opportunity in Land Development**

We are a growing engineering firm specializing in residential design and public works projects.

Our team focuses on creating functional and sustainable land development plans that bring communities to life. We are currently seeking to expand our remote team with a technical support specialist, an individual who thrives in a technical, backend role and is eager to contribute to high-quality projects with minimal supervision.

This is a back-end technical role ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in residential land development design.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, a strong communicator, and comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote setting.

  • Execute technical design tasks using Autodesk Civil 3D (grading, alignments, pipe networks, etc.)
  • Provide backend support for residential development projects
  • Upload, manage, and organize CAD files and project documents
  • Revise drawings based on redlines and internal feedback
  • Follow CAD standards and project specifications consistently
  • Coordinate with engineers and project managers via Microsoft Teams
  • Track deadlines, communicate proactively, and ensure timely delivery of work

Key qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience using Autodesk Civil 3D (required)
  • Civil engineering background with a focus on residential site development or public works projects
  • Familiarity with residential grading, utilities, lot layouts, and BMPs (willing to train on BMPs)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow CAD standards
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good written and verbal communication in English (perfect fluency not required)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and cloud-based collaboration platforms
