Job Description:

The primary goal of this role is to effectively manage and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully engaging with premium merchants, ensuring timely service delivery, and driving sales growth through the deployment of various payment solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the brand in the marketplace, tracking and resolving merchant grievances, and planning and executing daily activities with their team. Additionally, they will gather consistent feedback from the market to inform product offerings and improve competitiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Self-motivation and ability to take ownership without handholding
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity
  • Strong communication and articulation skills to convey complex solutions to novice customers
  • Passion for working in a fast-growing firm and willingness to get hands dirty
  • Fintech experience or relevant field experience as a priority
  • Good sales and negotiation skills, particularly in financial products and markets
  • Understanding of local geography and market trends
