In this role, you will be responsible for creating Purchase Requests (PRs) locally and coordinating with the factory supplies inventory control team to check stocks below critical levels. You will also verify items that have reached critical levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure sufficient stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create PRs locally and from the LP site
  • Fill up PR slips, checking data required (last PO date, average consumption, SOH, remarks)
  • Verify items that have reached critical levels with the factory supplies team
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure sufficient stock levels

Requirements:
  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Preferably with experience in inventory
  • Proficient in computer applications
