Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service.
  • Menu Preparation: Prepare tea drinks and other beverages following standard recipes and procedures.
  • Team Support: Assist and guide team members in their daily tasks to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Customer Interaction: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct inventory checks and manage stock levels.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks related to store management.
  • Teamwork: Work as part of a dynamic and energetic team to enhance customer experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 – 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the food and beverage industry.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to undergo training and continuously learn about food and beverage operations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Language Skills: Good command of the English language.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in using POS systems and handling cash transactions is an advantage.
