Job Responsibilities:
  • In coordination with the Project Management Manager, control and monitor compliance of all project sites and their activities related to Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Oversee the implementation of the Project Execution Plan at project sites and monitor compliance with the approved Quality Control Plan (including established internal test plans - ITPs).
  • Monitor the conduct of non-destructive testing required for the project in coordination with the external CM Quality Manager.
  • In coordination with the Engineering Design Manager, verify and validate that the quality-related site activities are in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Carry out random inspections and checks of all quality-related procedures and ensure activities are performed as per approved method statements (MC) and inspection test plans (ITP).
  • Coordinate with the consultant's representative and site in-charge for discussions on quality issues with the objective of Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) closure.
  • Control QA/QC documents of the entire project including test results and certificates, calibration, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instruction/observations, and other QA/QC related documents.
  • Ensure all quality control documentation requirements are fulfilled and completed, forming part of the 3rd party CM and General Contractor as-built hand documents.
  • Verify and validate inspection and test programs.
  • Develop method statements for activities, including risk assessments, job safety environmental analyses, Inspection Test Plans, and checklists based on project specifications.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil and/or Sanitary Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Board exam passer with a valid PCR license.
  • At least three (3) years of extensive work experience as a QA/QC Supervisor from a property developer, real estate, contractor, or consulting firm.
  • Certification in QA/QC is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills with the ability to lead across multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
  • Proven drive for results and accountability of business needs.
