
Remote Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our day-to-day finance and logistics operations.
This is a full-time remote role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a small team. You will be responsible for managing invoicing, receivables/payables, and cash flow tracking using cloud-based tools such as Zoho Books and Google Sheets.
The ideal candidate will have strong accounting qualifications, excellent English fluency, and experience in small business or startup finance/ops roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing financial transactions and reporting
- Coordinating inventory and logistics
- Streamlining processes across finance and operations
- Collaborating with the CEO, Operations & Finance Lead, and delivery team
You will also be required to use cloud-based tools for task management, documentation, and communication.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Strong English fluency, both written and spoken
- Experience in small business or startup finance/ops roles
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with use of AI
