We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and processing payroll.
Responsibilities- Audit and reconcile financial transactions in Zoho Books.
- Process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Assist in generating financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Payroll Specialist.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
This is a remote work opportunity that offers:
- Purely work-from-home arrangement.
- Night Shift (EST).
- Weekly pay.
