Financial Operations Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc. Your task will be to prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements, and generate timely and insightful financial reports for management review.

Additionally, you will reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. You will also assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, and at least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles. You will possess proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

As a Financial Operations Professional, you will work independently with minimal supervision, but collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives. You will communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address financial queries and concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
