We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Coordinator to support our financial operations and general business tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, experience using accounting software, and proficiency with project management tools.

This is a remote opportunity that requires the ability to manage and record financial transactions, process invoices, receipts, and payments, reconcile bank statements and financial records, prepare financial reports and summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, assist with tax preparation and compliance, maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.
  • Handle email management and correspondence, organize and update files, spreadsheets, and databases, assist with administrative tasks like scheduling and calendar management.
Additional Tasks
  • Support project management tasks using Asana, Trello, or ClickUp, conduct online research and data entry tasks, communicate with vendors, clients, and team members as needed.
