Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in financial and administrative operations. This is a full-time, work-from-home position that requires discipline, commitment, and a high level of professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with Xero Accounting software, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, and strong attention to detail. They will be self-motivated and adaptable, with the flexibility to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as needed.

The role involves assisting with financial statements, maintaining cash controls, supervising payroll and personnel administration, managing accounts payable, handling purchasing and payments, and supporting general office tasks. The successful candidate will be able to prepare and reconcile general bank statements, ensure data is entered into the Xero system, establish and maintain supplier accounts, and record transactions properly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Xero Accounting software
  • 3+ years of experience with Xero Accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Experience using task management and project tracking tools such as Asana
