Financial Operations Manager Role

This position involves managing daily financial operations, including reconciliations, invoicing, expense tracking, and general ledger entries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day financial tasks in Xero: reconcile accounts, process invoices, manage expenses, and handle general ledger entries.
  • Capture, code, and file supplier receipts and invoices using Dext.
  • Process and track accounts payable and receivable; prepare supplier payments and chase incoming payments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to support accurate job costing: allocate materials, labour, and overhead to relevant projects.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports: P&L, cash-flow statements, project cost summaries.
