Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up programs in Salesforce, ensuring all details are entered correctly in our CRM. This includes updating programs with changes and maintaining accurate records between Salesforce and internal tools.

You will also be responsible for collecting and organizing client deliverables, such as landing pages, assets, and creative material, from partners and sharing approvals with clients. Additionally, you will perform QA on landing pages and submit edits before sending them to the client.

Ongoing tasks include delivering leads and reporting details to clients weekly, submitting, tracking, and delivering creative requests for campaign launch, and assisting with proposals by collecting and compiling quotes, templated slides, and other requested documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant transferable working experience
  • Experience working in or with digital marketing agencies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Excellent English communication, verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask while upholding a high level of accuracy
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Creative problem-solving ability
