Job Title: Digital Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Workflow Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage no-code and low-code platforms to rapidly develop and deploy custom applications that enhance business processes and improve efficiency for our clients.

As a Digital Workflow Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional applications, enabling teams to streamline operations and drive innovation without the need for extensive programming knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and understand operational needs for application development.
  • Utilize no-code/low-code platforms to design, develop, and deploy applications tailored to meet specific business requirements.
  • Ensure that developed applications are user-friendly, meet quality standards, and are scalable for future enhancements.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of applications to identify and resolve issues prior to deployment.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new applications.
  • Continuously evaluate existing applications and processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in no-code/low-code development and application design.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in no-code/low-code development, with a portfolio showcasing previous projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in popular no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Bubble, Appian) and a keen understanding of application design principles.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into efficient application solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address user needs and streamline processes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with APIs and integrations, as well as basic knowledge of scripting languages, is a plus.
