Digital Operations Specialist

Job Summary

The primary purpose of the Digital Operations - Specialist is to efficiently manage and enhance digital transactions, ensuring seamless online services and customer inquiries through various online channels and the website. Reports directly to the Digital Operations Officer and plays a vital role in facilitating daily operations, maintaining excellent customer service, and adhering to established company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct Online Transactions

• Execute all customer online transactions via the company website and other available online platforms, such as Sanla, Tubo, and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Daily Reporting

• Prepare daily reports summarizing the activities and transactions handled, providing insights and data for decision-making.

Branch Concern Management

• Address and resolve all branch concerns related to online transactions, including renewals, sangla (pawn), and redemptions.
• Filters and handles all concerns and needs with the Point Person of the department concerned.

Participation in Meetings and Activities

• Must attend engagement activities, such as company-wide events, meetings, team huddles, monthly townhalls, engagement activities, and teambuilding events.

Culture, Engagement, and Communication

• Provide regular updates on daily activities, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
• Review the given monthly scorecard, semi-annual performance appraisal, and annual performance appraisal as a Digital Operations Specialist
• Monitoring the implementation and accomplishment of action plans.
• Reports department target achievement status to immediate superior, daily.

Lunch Break

• Adhere to the scheduled one-hour lunch break as per the company's established lunchtime policy.

SOP Compliance

• Strictly follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to confidentiality and security, ensuring the protection of branch or office data.
• Make sure that policies, memos, and standards are implemented over the operations of area

Office Maintenance

• Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, promoting a conducive workspace for efficient operations.

Code of Behavior Adherence

• Follow the Code of Behavior (COB) as outlined by the company, upholding ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions and transactions.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• At least High School level.
• Minimum (3) years of actual branch operations experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (primarily in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Advanced knowledge in digital communications
• With basic knowledge of basic functions of online communication tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to organize data and documentation.
• Hardworking, dependable, and people-oriented.
• Self-starter with a high level of motivation.
• Can deliver results even under pressure.
• Honest and trustworthy.
