About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations and Listings Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and optimize listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other short-term rental platforms.
  • Analyze reservation data, account development, and quality scores to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
  • Manage suspended listings, complaints, and appeals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement solutions to listing errors and issues.
  • Set up and optimize new listings, including content, pricing, images, and automated messages.
  • Ensure all listings are accurately tracked in our project management tool.
  • Design and update floorplans, maps, and marketing materials using creative tools like Illustrator and Canva.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in short-term rental property management, with expertise in listing creation and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Illustrator, Canva, and RoomSketcher.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
