This position plays a critical role in providing mental health support to our customers and helping us reach more people worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hotline response and support through calls, texts, and chats during peak hours and high-volume periods.
  • Maintain high standards for effectiveness with callers, utilizing scripts and best practices for all scenarios.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and track client information using our systems.
  • Ensure patients receive follow-up care by conducting regular triage and check-ins.
  • Collaborate with the operations team and fellow professionals to address clients' needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience working as a helpline responder.
  • Training in SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy) or its equivalent.
  • Certification in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
  • A Master's degree in Psychology is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • A willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve and develop.
